Victims of Bullying never want to hear from someone "It's the Past move on" You will never hear that from us.  

Because we all know if you don't stop that person or persons they will continue.

RLC is a Prime Place to get Bullied.  That person thinks they are unstoppable because they sit behind a screen.  And RLC quickly says Click Ignore.  That doesn't stop that person because they will find another Victim.  We ALL need to stand up Together to stop these type of People.
